The medical staff in ER and my hospital recovery room did everything in a professional and caring, thoughtful, manner to help me recover and make my stay as comfortable as possible.. My doctors and their teams were wonderful and were able to meet the challenges and get me home in a timely manner. The photo below shows my arm is almost free of the redness and swelling. I appreciate and thank them all !

Arrived uncomfortable about an ankle injury. Front desk greeting great. Nurse great provider great. Received exam and X-ray. Very positive. Experience. Recommend these individuals and the facility. I had a blessed day.

Staff is always amazing. Im always seen quickly. I always leave with an understanding of what is wrong and care plan. Ive seen a variety of nurses, doctors, and front desk members and they are all professional and caring. Ive never been made to feel like my comcerns arent valid. I feel very assured knowing this is my local urgent care. :)

I was started in the process rather quickly, But after I was attended to by the staff, I waited over an hour for the doctor to come in. Regardless, the real benefit of the wait was the doctor was thorough, intelligent and caring. She set me up with an X-ray to make sure there were no other issues. Total time was 2 hours. I can't be so picky...I would have been in the ER for hours before being seen. The staff was caring, respectful, and professional. I have been to this location before, and I would go again. Within 15 minutes after I left, the doctor contacted me about the X-ray results and verified my prescription was sent to the drug store.

Friendly and quick staff, clean facility, they also have a limited number of prescriptions they can fill on site for a small fee! 🤩 They were open on Christmas so they really helped me out while most other places were closed. Outstanding location, hopefully I won't need to anytime soon 😉 but the next time I need a visit to Urgent Care, I will be coming here.
